Seriously I do Tara’s Morning Yoga For Flexibility video every single morning. All her videos are free and fabulous;) Plus she is just a fucking cutie. She also has a few books and dvds that you might want to look into.
You can also pick up dvds that say for beginners at stores.
If you don’t have access to a mat and don’t want to invest in one just yet, you can use a towel..I personally hate using a towel so I strongly suggest investing in a mat haha.
You can also take actual classes around you, but if you don’t want to do that there is this site called Yogaglo that has online classes which does cost money but a lot of people absolutely love it, you can get a free 15 day trial so,

Once you get the hang of it you won’t even really need videos (people still use them at an advanced level so don’t even worry), you can just do whatever flow feels right to you so that you can practice different positions.
